Refund Policy

At Dream Palace Events, we strive to provide excellent service and understand that sometimes plans change.

Please review our refund policy below:

Standard Refunds Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled event will receive a full refund, minus any payment processing fees (if applicable) and booking deposit.

Cancellations made between 72 hours and 14 days before the event will receive a 50% refund, minus any payment processing fees (if applicable) and booking deposit.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event.

Weather Cancellation Policy

If severe weather (e.g., heavy rain, high winds) is forecasted and prevents the safe setup or use of equipment, customers are eligible for:

1. A full refund minus any payment processing fees (if applicable) and booking deposit, if the event is canceled 14 days or more in advance

2. You may reschedule within 6 months if cancellation is requested at least 72 hours prior to the event.

Weather conditions must be verified by an official source, such as The Weather Network.

Steps to take if weather conditions change abruptly during your rental:

Stay calm, act quickly, and keep the kids safe.

Assess the situation: Are the kids in immediate danger? If yes, escort them indoors to a safe location immediately.

Communicate calmly: Explain that playtime is paused because of the weather, but it won’t last long.

Turn it into fun: Encourage the kids to leave the inflatable with a playful distraction to keep things light and calm.

Shut down early: If wind or rain intensifies, power off the blower and unzip vents to deflate the inflatable quickly and safely.

Wait it out: Once the weather passes, reinflate the castle and dry it with towels before resuming play.

Prioritize safety: When unsure, keep the castle deflated until it’s completely safe to continue.
